02 Product Indexes
We often have to catalogue and alphabetize every piece of furniture in a proposed solution, or for whole industries like healthcare (or once, the entirety of the MillerKnoll collection via iPDF). These projects can be tedious and take up an exorbitant amount of time. They can also be hard to update—if a single product is discontinued, deleting it creates a gap and fixing it could affect several pages. To ease the weight of these projects, I proposed a new method of setting up our files using text frames. This has cut down hours of design time.

03 Sending Emails
Our team needed the ability to create one-off, functional and well-formatted emails, for our sales, dealers and coworkers to send to a small, but ever-changing batch of recipients. By using a combination of MailChimp and Outlook, we are able to create emails that each rep can send themselves. This solution answered all the requirements, for free.
